I didnt know that Ernakulam Law College accepts mal-practices and thats how Moily become a lawyer with no apparent legal knowledge. He still believes that CrPC is not amended!!! He is a dishonor to the position he decorates. Does a Ministry have more power than the Parliament and The President of India? To enforce the law enacted by Parliament is a Constitutional liability of the concerned ministry, and is Moily declaring that he is not interested in that? Law of the land is applicable to every citizen of India and since it got enacted anyone can go to the court and get justice be it enforced or not by the concerned Ministry.
